Vi beklager, at din bagage ikke ankom med det fly, du var passager på. Vi undskylder for den ulejlighed, dette måtte have medført og vi vil gøre vores bedste for at sikre, at din bagage når frem til dig hurtigst muligt.

Hvis du ikke har modtaget din bagage efter 5 dage, beder vi dig venligst udfylde og aflevere/indsende denne bagageblanket. Dette vil hjælpe os med at undersøge og løse problemet. Vi beder dig så vidt muligt angive tøjstørrelser, farver og varemærker.

Fuldstændigt krav skal stilles inden for 21 dage fra rapporteringsdatoen, for at kravet kan gøres gældende.

Damaged baggage

Icelandair trusts you to understand that suitcases are designed to protect their contents.  In the course of normal handling your baggage may show evidence of wear and tear.


The airline assumes no responsibility for minor cuts, scratches and dents.  Or for items that protrude from suitcases, such as, retractable handles, wheels, straps and luggage carts.


May we also remind our passengers that airlines do not accept liability for items of high individual value in checked-in baggage?

If a passenger notices damage on his baggage we ask him to please go to the service desk on respective airport and fill out a damage report.

If your baggage is damaged, complaints must be made in writing to the carrier within 7 days.
